My passion for sewing and design goes way back.......growing up in Southern California I started sewing as a youngster in our local 4-H club at 9 years old.
Wanting to get my feet wet in the garment industry I went to design school at 17.
It was a blast! Back then I did a lot of detailing and I decided to add it into Wamba a Wear as well. Thus lots of pockets and topstitching!

Sewing and design have always been a passion and I have worked in the garment industry since I was 18. Experience has been in swimwear, cycling apparel and even worked at Gunne Sax doing patterns for Jessica McClintock children's clothing line.

My passion became kids clothing after I had my first child. I love to see kids of all ages parade around in a new brightly colored fun outfit.

I do a small amount of juried art fairs around the country. Generally about
8-10 shows per year. They are great fun. Sewing continues all year long.

It's been 27 years and hopefully there will be many
more to come!

I love to see people come into my booth and smile. And even more fun to see the kids
eyes light up from all the fun, bright prints.

The world needs more smiles!
